We deeply value the uniqueness of every handcrafted piece at Timeless Heritage. Since many of our products — especially from the Lucknowi Collector’s Edit — are one-of-one pieces, we maintain a careful and considered returns process.
Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Unboxing Video Required: Returns are only accepted if accompanied by an unboxing video clearly recorded from the moment the package is opened, showing the entire product and defect (if any) without any edits or breaks.
- Email the video and return request to support@Timelessheritageindia.com for evaluation.
- Return will be approved only after our team reviews and verifies the submitted video.
Exchanges
Due to the exclusive nature of our one-of-a-kind handcrafted items, exchanges are not possible for the Collector’s Edit. We encourage customers to read descriptions and size details carefully before purchasing.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
- For COD orders, the ₹499 COD fee is non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup
If your return is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup through our shipping partner. Please ensure:
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- Product is unused and in original condition
