Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹20,000 within India. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days. Delays due to external factors may occur.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. TIMELESS HERITAGE is not responsible for orders not delivered due to unpaid duties. USA orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Returned products must be unused, with original invoice and packaging.
- Refunds are offered only on full-price items, not discounted merchandise.
- In case of a refund on COD orders, bank account details are required.
- Online credit coupons are valid for 90 days and can be used for future purchases.
International Returns
We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact care@Timelessheritageindia.com within 48 hours. Refunds exclude duties and taxes.
Sizing
Sizing depends on the garment’s cut, fabric, and style. Refer to our Sizing Guide before purchase.

Our products are handcrafted using natural fibers and traditional methods. Variations in color and texture are not defects. Use gentle care methods. Silks should be dry cleaned only.
