About Us
“A memory wardrobe — made to be remembered, to be
passed on.”
“A memory wardrobe — made to be remembered, to be
passed on.”
Timeless Heritage was born to honour that presence.
To preserve India’s artisanal legacies — not as nostalgia,
but as living memory.
We believe that what we wear should carry feeling,
fragrance, and story.
Because garments are not just worn — they are kept, and
passed on.
We work with artisans who hold centuries of quiet mastery
in their hands. Their craft is not a profession — it is
inheritance, devotion, and identity.
Each Timeless Heritage collection is imagined as a Room
in a larger Memory Wardrobe — where every piece is
reflective of its maker’s world, and its wearer’s story.
We begin with Room I: Lucknow,
celebrating the soft grandeur of chikankari — shadow work,
phanda, jaali, and mukaish — hand-embroidered into
breathable cotton and organza, by artisans from the city of
slow poetry and long light.
This isn’t fast fashion.
This is memory work.
A way back —
to tenderness, to time, to the quiet beauty of what stays.
Because Timeless Heritage isn’t just a brand.
It’s a feeling that lingers.
A garment that becomes story.
And a story that’s meant to be remembered.
And passed on.
Each piece in this collection is created in Lucknow, using
traditional hand-embroidery techniques like shadow work,
phanda, jaali, and mukaish, practiced by master artisans
over generations.
We use only pure fabrics selected to ensure comfort,
longevity, and elegance.
No two pieces are the same.
This capsule is a true collector’s edition — made in
extremely limited pieces.
Each garment is thoughtfully crafted, one at a time, and will
not be restocked.
All Garments come with a Memory Tag and a printed
Curator’s Note.
Timeless Heritage was born from a simple yet powerful belief — that Indian craftsmanship, with all its richness, deserves to be preserved, celebrated, and worn with pride by every generation.
In 2008, I met a craftswoman who was accompanied by her little daughter, no more than five years old. As an educationist, I naturally encouraged her to send the child to school. But the artisan paused and said, “If all our children choose another path, who will carry this work forward?”
That moment stayed with me.
It made me realise that for artisans, craft isn’t just a livelihood — it’s an inheritance. A lived memory. A skill passed through generations with love, dignity, and pride. It’s where tradition breathes, quietly but powerfully.
That conversation became my turning point. I knew we needed a platform that didn’t just celebrate the art — but also the artist. One that educated, empowered, and honoured the soul of Indian handwork.
Timeless Heritage is that platform.
A space where India’s ancient techniques meet modern aesthetics. Where we blend nostalgia with now — making cultural fashion relevant, wearable, and aspirational.
I believe our weaves, motifs, and stories can find their way into wardrobes around the world — not just as fabric, but as heritage reborn.
There are still many hands we need to hold.
And many stories left to tell — one thread at a time.
