What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if:

  • The product is unstitched, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels are intact
  • A full unboxing video is provided (starting from package opening, clearly showing the issue)

To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and unboxing video. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

How do I get a refund?

Once your return is approved and the item is received back in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment. You’ll get a confirmation once it’s done.

Can I exchange an item instead?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You’re welcome to return the original item (as per policy) and place a fresh order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we’re proudly shipping only within India for now. But we’re working on it, so stay tuned!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and typically reach you in 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as it ships.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. For any urgent changes, write to us at support@timelessheritageindia.com within 2 hours of placing the order — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the item hasn’t shipped yet.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also check order status through your account on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All payments are secured via trusted Indian payment gateways.

Are your prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes — all prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. No hidden fees.

Are your pieces ready-to-wear?

Our kurtas come unstitched, giving you the freedom to style them your way. Sarees are ready to wear and include blouse fabric unless stated otherwise.

How should I care for my purchase?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only to preserve the fine embroidery, delicate fabrics, and artisanal finishes.

Will my product look exactly like the photo?

Every piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in embroidery and color may occur. These are not flaws but signatures of authenticity and craftsmanship.
